Please read the ToS carefully before requesting. I will not condone having my art be used as NFT or feeding to AI.

CURRENT STATUS:
Due to tendonitis in my wrist, I’m currently unable to accept characters with highly detailed outfits (such as Hoyoverse-level designs).
I’m happy to draw the character, but I will need the outfit to be changed. Please provide an alternative clothing design before we proceed.PAYMENTS
To secure your commission slot, a full upfront payment is required after sketch fixed before I commence work. (For Surprise Me! types, a full upfront payment is a must!)ABOUT ARTSTYLE
Please understand your character will be re-imagined in my style. Make sure you like my art style first before placing an order. I won't accept commissions that require me to draw in another's style.REVISION
- Two complimentary revisions are offered per steps on each commissioned piece throughout the project.
- Extensive revisions may incur additional fees and could impact project timelines.Standard Commissions:
Minor adjustments, such as color corrections, are available after the line art stage for non-painting styles.Painting style commissions:
Color revisions are only permitted during the WIP (work in progress) stage.Skeb/Surprise Me Commissions:
- No revisions or WIP previews are provided to maintain the element of surprise.
- However, I will address any minor mistakes identified in the final artwork (e.g., incorrect accessories, design elements).WORKFLOW
- My commission hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM GMT+7. While I strive to respond to all messages promptly, active work on commissions and revisions may occur within these hours.- Please contact me to discuss your project details and receive a personalized quote.- Once you accept the quote, a deposit or full payment will be required to secure your slot. I will then create a sketch based on your specifications. Your approval is necessary before I proceed.- Up to two rounds of revisions are included (as outlined in the Revisions section).- I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission at each stage (sketch, color, finished). Feel free to request additional updates at any time.- Upon final approval, your commissioned artwork will be delivered through the Email, GoogleDrive and/or VGen platform.- Please note that I do not typically work on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. This may affect turnaround times.- I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason, and will provide an explanation if necessary.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
- Commission turnaround times typically range from 7 days to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. I will provide regular progress updates throughout the process (sketch, base color, finished) to ensure your satisfaction. Final artwork will be delivered through the VGen or GoogleDrive platform.
- In the unforeseen event of delays exceeding 1 month, I will keep you informed and work collaboratively to adjust the timeline if necessary. You have the right to request a full refund if the artwork is not completed within 1 month of the agreed-upon deadline (excluding mutually agreed upon extensions).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
ARTIST'S RIGHT
I retain copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display, advertise, and share the work (including work in progress) on my websites, social media platforms, portfolios, and public broadcast channels.CLIENT'S RIGHT
You will receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for personal use only. This includes: Displaying the artwork on your social media for promotional purposes (without direct monetization). Using it for profile pictures, banners, or posts. Printing and framing it for your enjoyment.
Displaying it as part of the design on your websites or channels (excluding use in content hosted on these platforms). You must credit me as the artist when displaying the artwork (include my social media tag/username/link). Modifications are not permitted without my prior written consent.COMMERCIAL RIGHT
- Commercial usage rights are not included unless:
Credited the artist on your website, and agreed upon beforehand in a written contract.
- Commercial use includes: Using the artwork in monetized streams, videos, or other content. Selling or reselling the artwork to a third party. Including it as part of a product.
Using it on another platform. For design work intended for your brand identity (e.g., character design, logo design), you will receive exclusive ownership rights for commercial or personal use, production, and modification. (Please clarify further details for specific work types if needed.)If commercial use rights are not included initially but desired later, additional charges will typically be 2x the original cost.
The use of the artwork with AI (artificial intelligence) tools/platforms/training, ML (machine learning) tools/platforms/training, NFTs, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.REFUNDS
Unfortunately, refunds are not possible after the initial sketches are delivered, and the commission is finished.
HOWEVER, If I can't finish your commission within 1 month, I'll give you full refunds.CANCELATIONS
You may cancel your commission before the sketch approval stage. However, any deposit or partial payment made will be non-refundable.ADDITIONAL NOTES
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be available on my website or provided upon request.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Services.
